About the Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented File Clerk to join our administrative team at the Miami Field Office. In this role, you'll manage essential documentation and records that support U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services operations in Miami-Dade County.

What You'll Do

• Organize, file, and maintain confidential government records and documents in accordance with federal security standards
• Process incoming and outgoing correspondence for field office personnel
• Retrieve files and provide document support to authorized staff members
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain comprehensive records in government systems
• Assist with document scanning, indexing, and digital file management
• Maintain organized, secure filing systems and storage facilities

What We're Looking For

• Active security clearance (required for this position)
• Experience with record management, filing systems, or document organization
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of government records
• Proficiency with office software and electronic filing systems
• Full-time availability at our Seybold, Miami-Dade County location
