About This Position
We are currently seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team in Worcestershire. As a Field Service Engineer for Webber Hughes Ltd, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing groundcare equipment across various locations.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair faults on groundcare equipment
- Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance of machinery
- Travel to different sites as required, often in remote areas
- Maintain accurate records of service and repairs performed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Service Technician or Agricultural Engineer
- Degree in Land-Based Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Plant Maintenance, or Heavy Vehicle Repair
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- HGV driving license required (PPL)
