About the Role

We are seeking a Field Service Technician II to provide post-sales services for our customers in Sydney and surrounding regions. This role involves installation, configuration, calibration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs of company products.

Core Duties

  • Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and resolves malfunctions on company products.
  • Determines when products should be upgraded or replaced to meet customer needs.
  • Provides customers with assistance in the operation and maintenance of company products.
  • Develops ongoing relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and product longevity.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role.
  • Technical expertise in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
