SourcePro Search is hiring a full-time Family Law Paralegal in Orlando, Orange County, to support attorneys handling matrimonial and family law matters from intake through resolution. If you thrive on detailed legal drafting and financial analysis, this on-site role offers meaningful, hands-on casework.

About the Role

As a Family Law Paralegal with SourcePro Search in Orlando, you'll be a central part of the case team, preparing court documents, organizing case materials, and managing the calculations and research that keep family law matters moving forward. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Orange County.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and draft a range of legal filings, including pleadings, petitions, motions, discovery requests and responses, and final judgments.
• Analyze and condense financial records, discovery materials, and other case documents into clear summaries for the legal team.
• Work out child support figures under applicable guidelines, determine alimony amounts, and assemble equitable distribution worksheets.
• Perform legal and property research using tools such as Westlaw, SunBiz, and official public records.
• Keep case files, deadlines, and supporting documentation accurate and well organized throughout the life of each matter.

Qualifications

• Prior paralegal experience supporting family law or matrimonial cases.
• Strong skills in drafting pleadings, petitions, motions, and discovery documents.
• Comfort calculating child support and alimony and building equitable distribution worksheets.
• Hands-on familiarity with legal research platforms including Westlaw, SunBiz, and official records sources.
• Sharp attention to detail, strong written communication, and the ability to manage multiple matters at once.
