Role Overview

We are a fast-growing joinery/cabinet manufacturer specializing in commercial spaces and high-end and luxury residential apartments. Our commitment to quality, efficiency, honesty, and integrity is at the core of our operations. We are seeking an experienced Factory Foreman to lead our team and ensure smooth production processes.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in the factory floor to maintain productivity and quality standards
• Assign tasks to team members, ensuring efficient workflow and meeting deadlines
• Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet customer demands
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
• Train new employees and provide ongoing support to existing staff
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or factory setting, preferably in joinery/cabinet making
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Experienced in production planning and scheduling
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Prior experience in quality control and assurance is advantageous
