What This Role Involves
Spartan Management Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Plumbing Foreman to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all commercial plumbing projects, ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct a team of plumbers to ensure efficient project completion
- Read blueprints, specifications, and other technical drawings to understand project requirements
- Inspect work sites for safety hazards and compliance with codes and regulations
- Coordinate with other trades to ensure smooth project execution
- Estimate materials, labor costs, and project timelines
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial plumbing
- PMP certification or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
