About the Role

The Millwork Foreman at Bestmark National LLC is responsible for overseeing all aspects of millwork projects from start to finish. This role requires a strong understanding of project management principles and the ability to lead a team effectively while ensuring quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial, retail, or hospitality environments and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Oversee millwork projects from conception to completion, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Lead a team of millworkers and ensure all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Communicate with clients, architects, and other project stakeholders to ensure clear expectations and requirements are met.
• Inspect work sites regularly to identify potential safety hazards and quality issues.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including timelines, budgets, and progress reports.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in millwork or related field with a focus on commercial, retail, or hospitality projects.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to read blueprints, understand project specifications, and provide accurate estimates.
