About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Doors & Hardware Foreman to supervise 2-6 field installers and oversee the installation of commercial doors and hardware. This role will ensure that all installations meet high standards of quality and safety.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and coordinate the work of field installers
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Install commercial doors, hardware, and related components
- Assist in planning and scheduling installation projects
- Evaluate project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and quality standards
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Doors & Hardware Foreman or similar role
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and mentor field installers
- Strong understanding of commercial doors, hardware, and installation processes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus
