Facility Operations Manager

Greenheck Group is seeking a detail-oriented Facility Operations Manager to lead and oversee daily facility operations at our Knoxville, Knox County location. As a full-time member of our operations team, you'll ensure our facility runs smoothly while supporting the mission of this global leader in air movement and ventilation solutions.

Role Overview

The Facility Operations Manager position is central to maintaining a safe, efficient, and productive work environment for our team at the Knoxville facility. In this role, you'll manage building systems, coordinate maintenance activities, oversee vendor relationships, and implement operational best practices. You'll report directly to facility leadership and collaborate across departments to ensure all facility-related objectives are met.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily facility operations, including maintenance schedules and emergency response
• Manage building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems
• Oversee vendor contracts and relationships, ensuring timely and cost-effective service delivery
• Conduct facility inspections and identify maintenance or upgrade needs
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for facility operations
• Manage facility budgets and track operational expenses
• Coordinate with staff on facility needs and requests

Requirements

• 3+ years of facility management or operations experience
• Knowledge of building systems, maintenance protocols, and facility safety
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Proficiency with facility management software or systems
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college or associate degree preferred
