Experienced Auto Mechanic / Automotive Technician

Atlantic Coast Enterprises - ACE Jiffy Lube is hiring an Experienced Auto Mechanic / Automotive Technician at our West Hollywood, Broward County location. We're seeking a talented, certified technician ready to deliver exceptional vehicle service and grow with our expanding company.

The Opportunity

Core Duties

• Perform comprehensive vehicle diagnostics to identify mechanical, electrical, and fluid system issues
• Execute routine maintenance services including oil changes, filter replacements, tire rotation, and safety inspections
• Repair and replace components such as brakes, belts, hoses, batteries, and suspension parts
• Conduct road tests and quality checks to verify repair work
• Document service records accurately and communicate repair findings to customers
• Maintain shop equipment and tools in proper working condition

Skills & Qualifications

• AATI (Automotive Association of Technician Instruction) or ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification required
• Proven experience as an automotive mechanic or technician
• Strong proficiency with diagnostic tools and hand and power tools
• Solid understanding of vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, brake, and suspension
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Professional communication skills with a customer-focused approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
