Atlantic Coast Enterprises - ACE Jiffy Lube is hiring a full-time Automotive Lube Technician for our Eaton Park, Polk County location. We're seeking a service-oriented professional ready to deliver quality vehicle maintenance while growing your automotive expertise in a collaborative, supportive work environment.
What You'll Do
- Perform routine oil changes, fluid checks, and fluid top-offs according to manufacturer specifications
- Conduct thorough multi-point vehicle inspections and communicate maintenance findings to customers
- Maintain work station organization and equipment cleanliness to ensure safety and efficiency
- Provide friendly, professional service that builds customer confidence in vehicle maintenance
- Educate customers on preventive maintenance needs and the importance of regular service
- Work as an integrated team member to deliver consistent, high-quality automotive service
- Follow all safety protocols and company operational standards throughout each shift
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and genuine interest in automotive systems
- Detail-oriented approach to vehicle maintenance and inspection work
