Experience Designer | Product & Conversation Design – Sr. Analyst

Accenture is hiring an experienced Experience Designer in Culver City, Los Angeles County to lead product and conversation design strategy for enterprise clients. This full-time position offers the opportunity to shape how organizations connect with their customers through thoughtful, human-centered design.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead the design of customer-facing products and conversational systems, ensuring intuitive and engaging user experiences
• Conduct user research and translate insights into design strategies, wireframes, and prototypes
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, engineers, and stakeholders to scope, prioritize, and execute design solutions
• Create journey maps, design documentation, and specifications to communicate vision and ensure alignment
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the development of design standards and best practices
• Present design recommendations and strategic rationale to clients and internal leadership
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design methodologies

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX/CX design, product design, or related discipline
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital product and conversational interface design
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar platforms)
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into design decisions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Strategic mindset with understanding of product, business, and user needs
• Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional team environments
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
