About This Position
This role is for an ERP Administrative Technician in an onsite position at Ana-corp's location in Spartanburg, South Carolina. The incumbent will work closely with Production and Industrial Engineering to maintain the manufacturing execution system (MES) portion of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related shop-floor tools. This position focuses on the production-facing portion of the ERP rather than enterprise-wide administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, and maintain workstation data needed to manage the production schedule
- Support shop-floor management by measuring downtime and station-specific KPIs
- Accurately close Assembly Orders (AOs) and Products in the ERP system
What We're Looking For
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP systems
- Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems (MES)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and management
- Strong communication skills for interfacing with Production and Industrial Engineering teams
- A team player who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment
