What You'll Do

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, repairs, and minor renovations to keep the property in excellent condition.
• Respond to resident requests for service quickly and efficiently, ensuring all issues are resolved within established timelines.
• Inspect units and common areas regularly to identify potential problems before they become major issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to safety protocols and company policies.

Skills & Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record required.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC operations is necessary.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents and colleagues.
