The Opportunity
Culdesac is a real estate developer and neighborhood manager of walkable, mixed-use communities designed to embrace a culture of belonging, transportation freedom, and thriving local businesses. We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Culdesac Tempe community in Tempe, Arizona. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our residents by providing comprehensive maintenance services across multiple properties.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Perform all neighborhood service work including inventory tracking and warranty management
- Complete comprehensive repairs as needed
- Leverage specialized knowledge to address a wide range of maintenance issues
- Maintain accurate records and reports for property services
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in residential or commercial maintenance
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory tracking and warranty management effectively
- Technical proficiency in performing a variety of repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with residents and colleagues
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining properties
