We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Culdesac Tempe community in Tempe, Arizona. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our residents by providing comprehensive maintenance services across multiple properties.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Perform all neighborhood service work including inventory tracking and warranty management
  • Complete comprehensive repairs as needed
  • Leverage specialized knowledge to address a wide range of maintenance issues
  • Maintain accurate records and reports for property services
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in residential or commercial maintenance
  • Strong organizational skills to manage inventory tracking and warranty management effectively
  • Technical proficiency in performing a variety of repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work
