This role involves making vacant apartments ready for occupancy in compliance with make-ready policies, ensuring the process is completed within an average of five days or less.

What You'll Do

• Makes vacant apartments ready for occupancy by complying with make-ready policy.
• Completes the readying process on the average of not more than five days to maximize efficiency in hours, materials, and contractor coordination.
• Ensures all maintenance activities are performed efficiently and effectively to maintain property standards.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong mechanical skills with experience in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Basic carpentry and handyman skills are beneficial.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
