Role Overview
Diedre Moire Corp., a leading manufacturer of robust industrial systems for High Volume CNC Machine Tools and Machining Centers, is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join our team in Keene, NH. This full-time position involves traveling regionally for the maintenance, repair, calibration, and installation of various CNC machine tools including routers, grinders, saws, cutters, lathes, mills, and machining centers.
Core Duties
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and calibrations on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues in CNC equipment
- Install new machinery and perform initial setup and testing
- Develop and maintain detailed service records for all work performed
- Travel regionally as required to support clients and ensure timely service delivery
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC machine maintenance or related field
- Demonstrated proficiency with various CNC machines, including routers, grinders, saws, cutters, lathes, and mills
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with CNC software and programming a plus
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regional travel
