You'll combine practical job coaching with problem-solving to remove barriers and unlock each participant's employment potential.
What You'll Do
- Deliver hands-on job training and coaching to help participants master workplace responsibilities and meet employer expectations
- Design and implement customized accommodations that enable each individual to perform and advance in their role
- Identify employment opportunities with local businesses that align with participants' capabilities and interests
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to ensure participants maintain and grow in their positions
- Track employment outcomes, document progress, and adjust strategies to promote long-term success
