About the Role

As Service Director for Del Grande Dealer Group, you'll oversee all service department operations, setting the standard for quality, efficiency, and customer care across our North Bay and Central Valley location. This leadership role combines strategic oversight with hands-on problem-solving, ensuring every guest receives exceptional service from check-in through completion.

What You'll Do

• Direct service department teams to meet production targets, quality standards, and guest satisfaction metrics
• Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization to maximize throughput and profitability
• Develop and mentor team members through training, performance feedback, and career advancement opportunities
• Oversee service quality, warranty compliance, and adherence to manufacturer standards
• Build lasting guest relationships and resolve service concerns with professionalism and accountability
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to align service operations with broader business objectives
• Leverage dealership technology systems to track metrics, manage inventory, and improve operations

What We're Looking For

• Proven leadership experience directing automotive service operations or similar technical departments
• Strong knowledge of service processes, technical diagnostics, and customer relationship management
• Demonstrated ability to motivate teams, set performance goals, and drive measurable results
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
