- Represent clients in negotiations, settlements, and court proceedings
- Build and maintain client relationships through clear communication and strategic legal guidance
What We're Looking For
- 3–7 years of employment law litigation experience
- Strong background in labor law, employment disputes, and related practice areas
- Exceptional legal writing and analytical skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication abilities
- Valid California bar license and good standing
