About the Role

This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on diverse employment law cases from initial client consultation through final resolution. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to employers navigating complex workplace legal challenges, building your reputation as a skilled employment law attorney in the San Diego region.

What You'll Do

• Manage employment defense cases throughout the full litigation lifecycle, from intake assessment to case closure
• Provide legal counsel on employment-related disputes, regulatory compliance, and workplace risk mitigation
• Conduct legal research, draft motions, pleadings, and other litigation documents
• Represent clients in negotiations, settlements, and court proceedings
• Build and maintain client relationships through clear communication and strategic legal guidance

What We're Looking For

• 3–7 years of employment law litigation experience
• Strong background in labor law, employment disputes, and related practice areas
• Exceptional legal writing and analytical skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
• Professional demeanor and excellent communication abilities
• Valid California bar license and good standing
