Electrician Foreman (4362) with Security Clearance

Three Saints Bay is hiring a full-time Electrician Foreman (4362) with Security Clearance in San Diego. Lead electrical operations for our federal contractor team, overseeing equipment manufacturing, troubleshooting, repair, and field installation projects.

About the Role

As Electrician Foreman, you'll take charge of electrical projects ranging from equipment manufacturing and commissioning to field repair and installation work. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll combine technical expertise with team management, ensuring all work meets federal compliance standards and project deadlines.

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise electricians and technicians on manufacturing, installation, and repair projects
• Troubleshoot complex electrical and electronic systems to identify root causes and implement solutions
• Oversee equipment manufacturing, testing, and commissioning processes
• Conduct field installations and repairs in compliance with federal standards and safety regulations
• Plan work schedules, allocate resources, and track project progress
• Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, materials used, and hours logged
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and OSHA requirements
• Train and mentor team members on electrical systems and best practices

What We're Looking For

• Current security clearance or ability to obtain one (required)
• Proven experience as a licensed electrician with supervisory or foreman-level responsibility
• Strong knowledge of electrical troubleshooting, repair, and installation methods
• Proficiency with electrical testing equipment and diagnostic tools
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively
• Understanding of federal compliance requirements and contractor standards
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
