Better Talent Advisors is hiring a full-time Manager, Ecommerce Marketing to lead digital growth strategy for a well-established industrial supply company operating across the United States.

About the Role

This Manager, Ecommerce Marketing position sits at the intersection of digital strategy and industrial commerce. The company is a licensed reseller of more than 14 million SKUs, distributing products throughout the US, Canada, and Mexico through a high-volume blend of direct sales and ecommerce channels. You will own the ecommerce marketing function end-to-end, shaping how millions of products reach buyers online.

What You'll Do

• Build and execute ecommerce marketing strategies that drive measurable growth in online revenue across US, Canadian, and Mexican markets
• Oversee product catalog marketing, ensuring listings are optimized for discoverability, conversion, and search relevance across platforms
• Manage digital advertising campaigns including paid search, display, and retargeting to maximize return on ad spend
• Lead SEO efforts tied to a catalog exceeding 14 million SKUs — identifying priority categories and driving organic traffic at scale
• Analyze ecommerce performance metrics and translate data into actionable recommendations for merchandising, pricing presentation, and content
• Collaborate with direct sales, operations, and technology teams to align marketing initiatives with broader commercial goals
• Develop and manage promotional campaigns and seasonal marketing calendars across ecommerce channels
• Monitor competitive positioning in the industrial supply space and adjust strategies accordingly

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in an ecommerce marketing management role, ideally within B2B, industrial supply, or a large-SKU retail environment
• Deep understanding of ecommerce platforms, digital marketing channels, and performance analytics tools
• Strong command of SEO best practices, paid search management, and conversion rate optimization
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex product catalogs and digital merchandising at scale
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate reporting into strategic action
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
• Must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States
