What You'll Do

• Support the Centre Manager in managing day-to-day operations
• Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently, including record-keeping and documentation
• Assist with maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for children, staff, and families
• Facilitate communication between centre staff, parents, and the wider community
• Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that align with Busy Bees' values and best practices in early childhood education

Who We're Looking For

• A proactive individual with a passion for early childhood education
• Experienced in administrative roles, particularly within the education sector
• Able to work collaboratively and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, families, and community partners
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
