About the Role
You'll provide expert-level technical service on luxury European vehicles as part of our dedicated team. This position demands advanced diagnostic skills, precision workmanship, and a commitment to excellence that matches our reputation in the industry.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical systems on Audi vehicles and other European makes
- Utilize factory diagnostic equipment and service manuals to identify and resolve issues efficiently
- Perform maintenance, component replacement, and restoration work to manufacturer standards
- Document service work accurately and maintain organized quality service records
- Communicate with customers about repairs, timelines, and technical details
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet service goals and deadlines
- Stay current with evolving automotive technology and repair techniques
What We're Looking For
- Audi Master Guild Technician certification or equivalent advanced training and verifiable experience
- Proven expertise in European automotive diagnostics and repair
- Proficiency with professional-grade diagnostic scanning and testing equipment
- Strong technical troubleshooting and independent problem-solving abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
