Isys Solutions is hiring a Temporary Customer Support & Design Assistant (Full-Time) in Brea, Orange County to join the CareerSmart® Learning team. This is a temporary, on-site role with the potential to convert to a direct-hire position.
About the Role
As a Temporary Customer Support & Design Assistant at Isys Solutions in Brea, you will support CareerSmart® Learning—a wholly owned division of ISYS Solutions, Inc.—by blending front-line customer assistance with hands-on eLearning design support. Reporting to the Supervisor of eLearning Design & Customer Support, you will help learners succeed while contributing to the development of engaging online course materials. This is a full-time, non-exempt position paying $22 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer and learner inquiries with prompt, helpful, and professional service.
- Assist the eLearning team with the design and upkeep of online course content.
- Troubleshoot routine issues and guide users through the CareerSmart® Learning platform.
- Coordinate with the Supervisor of eLearning Design & Customer Support on day-to-day tasks and projects.
- Help maintain accurate records and keep learning resources organized and current.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Interest in or experience with eLearning design, instructional content, or digital learning tools.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working on-site in Brea, Orange County for the full-time schedule.
- Available for a temporary assignment with openness to a potential direct-hire opportunity.
