About the Role

As a Shift Leader at our Duane Reade location in Woodside, you'll take ownership of store operations during your assigned shifts. What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise store team members during assigned shifts, ensuring professional conduct and excellent customer service
• Oversee daily store operations including cash handling, inventory management, and compliance with company policies
• Manage customer interactions and resolve issues with patience and problem-solving skills
• Monitor store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards
• Support pharmacy operations and coordinate with pharmacy staff as needed
• Train team members on procedures, systems, and Duane Reade standards
• Report on shift activities and communicate important information to store management
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and security protocols
