About This Position

The Dual-Role Production Specialist at Inventive Group™ in Mountain Home, Idaho, will oversee both the sew shop and print shop operations. This full-time role requires a hands-on approach to production management with a focus on quality control and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience in sewing and printing processes, as well as strong organizational skills.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the sew shop and print shop
• Ensure all products meet quality standards
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline production processes
• Monitor inventory levels and manage supplies
• Train new employees on sewing and printing techniques
• Conduct regular equipment maintenance and ensure safety protocols are followed

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with experience in production management, particularly in the fields of sewing and printing. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong commitment to Lean manufacturing principles.
