The Opportunity

Icon Cancer Centre and Pharmaxo Group are seeking a D365 Platform Specialist to join their highly experienced team. As a key member of the IT department, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions that support critical business processes across Icon Cancer Centre UK and Pharmaxo Group.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure D365 applications are up-to-date with the latest security patches and updates.
• Develop, test, and deploy customizations to meet business requirements.
• Provide technical support for end-users, troubleshooting issues related to D365 applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Document all processes and procedures related to D365 implementations and customizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong understanding of D365 architecture and development practices.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and X++ is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and database management is required.
