What This Role Involves
The Product Training Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring that our team members are well-equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to deliver exceptional customer service. This position involves developing comprehensive training programs, conducting hands-on training sessions, and maintaining up-to-date product information.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing products
