What This Role Involves

The Regional Support Specialist (RSS) is the backbone of our Coldwell Banker team. You will support agents, branch leaders, and marketing efforts to ensure everything runs smoothly and strategically. Your role involves a wide range of responsibilities including administrative tasks, client relations, and assisting with day-to-day operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Supporting agents in various administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
• Assisting branch leaders with team management and coordination activities
• Collaborating on marketing initiatives to support the overall growth of the office
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions

What You Bring

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach. A background in real estate or customer service is beneficial but not required. Additionally, the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work well under pressure are crucial.
