About the Role

We are seeking a Production Specialist to join our team at Goodwill Northern New England. This role is full-time and based in Topsham, Maine. As a Production Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that goods are processed efficiently and effectively, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and sort donated items according to quality standards
• Pack and prepare items for sale in our retail stores and online platforms
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to streamline production processes
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and have excellent communication skills. Experience in retail or similar environments is preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team are essential.
