About the Role
The Funding Agreements Department oversees all contracts and funding agreements across our organization. We're seeking a detail-oriented professional who is ready to contribute to this essential function and help shape our agreement management practices.
What You'll Do
- Review, analyze, and manage funding agreements and contracts for accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Support the negotiation and finalization of funding agreements with internal and external partners
- Maintain organized documentation and records of all agreements and related materials
- Coordinate with team members across the organization to facilitate smooth agreement execution and administration
- Ensure all funding agreements adhere to applicable regulations and organizational policies
- Identify and assess potential risks or issues within contracts, escalating concerns as appropriate
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Foundational knowledge of contract management and compliance practices
