Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute hands-on high-throughput experimentation as part of our automated chemistry team.
- Operate and maintain automated platforms, including Chemspeed robotic chemical workstations.
- Carry out high-temperature and high-pressure reactions safely and reproducibly.
- Conduct product screening and analyze outcomes to support ongoing research programs.
- Document procedures and results with precision to ensure reliable, repeatable workflows.
Qualifications
- A detail-oriented, self-driven approach to laboratory work and problem-solving.
- Practical experience with high-throughput experimentation and automated chemistry platforms.
- Familiarity with robotic workstations such as Chemspeed is highly valued.
- Comfort running high-temperature and high-pressure chemical reactions.
- Strong organizational skills to manage screening data and maintain accurate records.
