Capital Group seeks a Divisional Wealth Management Consultant to join our Austin office serving the Gulf Coast, Jackson, and Birmingham markets. In this full-time role, you'll build and strengthen client relationships while delivering personalized financial guidance that helps individuals and families achieve their wealth goals.
What You'll Do
- Partner with high-net-worth individuals and families to understand their financial objectives, risk tolerance, and long-term priorities
- Develop and present comprehensive wealth management strategies tailored to each client's unique situation
- Recommend investment solutions aligned with client goals across equities, fixed income, and alternative assets
- Coordinate with estate planning, tax, and financial advisory specialists to deliver integrated wealth solutions
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular reviews, proactive communication, and performance reporting
- Identify growth opportunities within assigned markets and manage pipeline development activities
- Stay current with market trends, regulatory changes, and investment research to advise clients effectively
What We're Looking For
- Series 7 and Series 65 licenses (or willingness to obtain them)
- 3+ years of experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or related client-facing financial services role
- Deep understanding of investment products, tax-efficient strategies, and estate planning concepts
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to translate complex financial concepts for diverse audiences
- Strong relationship-building abilities and genuine commitment to client success
- Demonstrated initiative, integrity, and professional judgment
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment valuing diversity of thought and background
