About the Role

As the Director of Corporate Strategy at RxBenefits, you will report directly to the Vice President of Strategy & Corporate Development and partner with senior leaders across every function of the business. Operating within a lean, highly focused Corporate Strategy team, you will help define and execute the company, product, and functional strategies that fuel enterprise growth and operational excellence. This on-site position in Charlotte is ideal for a strategic thinker who pairs deep healthcare insight with sharp business judgment.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape and advance company-wide, product, and functional strategy in close collaboration with leaders across RxBenefits.
• Translate enterprise priorities into actionable strategic plans that support sustainable growth.
• Partner with the VP of Strategy & Corporate Development to guide key initiatives and decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen operational performance and drive measurable business results.
• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to cross-functional stakeholders throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a corporate or business strategist, ideally within the healthcare sector.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to connect strategy to enterprise growth and execution.
• Demonstrated success collaborating with and influencing senior leadership.
• Comfort working within a small, nimble team where ownership and initiative are essential.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
