Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with internal teams, alumni, and external collaborators to extend the Center's mission.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and the people who bring each initiative to life.
• Champion inclusive opportunities, including engagement with the New Haven Hiring Initiative and the broader local community.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in innovation, entrepreneurship, program management, or a closely related field.
• A track record of building and scaling initiatives from concept through measurable results.
• Strong skills in collaboration, communication, and stakeholder engagement across diverse audiences.
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving academic or center-based environment.
• Commitment to fostering creative, inclusive, and forward-looking programming.
