About the Role

As Director of Go To Market Strategy & Planning at Ensono, you will own the end-to-end framework that drives how the company brings its managed services and technology solutions to market. Working across sales, marketing, product, and finance, you will translate business objectives into actionable GTM plans that accelerate pipeline, deepen client relationships, and position Ensono as the partner of choice in a competitive landscape.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain Ensono's overall go-to-market strategy, including market segmentation, ideal customer profiles, and competitive positioning.
  • Lead annual and quarterly GTM planning cycles, aligning revenue targets with field capacity, marketing investment, and partner programs.
  • Build and refine sales plays and enablement assets that equip account executives to pursue priority segments effectively.
  • Collaborate with product and solutions teams to design launch strategies for new offerings and service expansions.
  • Analyze pipeline health, win/loss data, and market signals to surface insights and recommend course corrections.
  • Partner with channel and alliance teams to integrate partner-led motions into the broader GTM plan.
  • Present findings, strategy updates, and performance metrics to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Serve as a connective layer between go-to-market functions, ensuring consistent messaging and coordinated execution across every customer-facing team.

What We're Looking For

  • 8 or more years of progressive experience in GTM strategy, sales strategy, or commercial planning — ideally within B2B technology, managed services, or IT solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute multi-segment go-to-market frameworks from strategy through field activation.
  • Strong command of pipeline analytics, revenue forecasting, and business case development.
  • Experience working closely with sales leadership, marketing, and product management in a matrixed organization.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence — comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and distilling complex data into clear strategic narratives.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
