About the Role

As Director Compliance & Property Management at Oracle, you will act as a principal liaison connecting the company with the external parties whose cooperation underpins every site. Working from Providence, you will balance day-to-day property governance with the forward planning needed to keep facilities operationally sound and prepared for expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact between Oracle and external stakeholders, including municipalities, county offices, utility providers, landlords, and landowners.
• Build and maintain productive working relationships with economic development agencies and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure OCI sites remain fully compliant with applicable rules, well-governed, and supportable across operations.
• Oversee core property governance functions and position the portfolio for sustainable future growth.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to resolve compliance, permitting, and tenancy matters affecting site readiness.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in property management, compliance, or real estate governance.
• Proven ability to negotiate and partner with government bodies, utilities, and private property owners.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and operational property requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship-management skills.
• Willingness to work full-time and on-site in Providence, Providence County.
