Oak Hill is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for part-time, weekday morning shifts in Waterbury, Connecticut, supporting individuals to live fuller, more independent lives at home and throughout their community.

About the Role

This Direct Support Professional position is based at Oak Hill's Waterbury, CT location in New Haven County. It follows a part-time weekly schedule, Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM. As a DSP, you'll deliver person-centered support tailored to each individual's unique needs, helping them navigate daily routines, personal goals, and community life.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care and daily living routines in their own homes
• Support household and domestic tasks that promote a safe, comfortable living environment
• Accompany individuals to personal and medical appointments
• Facilitate participation in vocational programs and community-based activities
• Encourage independence, dignity, and meaningful engagement at home and in the community
