About the Role

As a Direct Care Staff member in our residential group home, you will support and guide teenage residents through their daily routines in a structured, caring environment. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Apache Junction. You'll be a steady presence in the lives of young men and women, blending warmth and encouragement with the firm, consistent guidance that helps youth thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct, hands-on care and supervision for teenage residents in the group home
• Build trusting, supportive relationships with the youth you serve
• Model positive behavior while maintaining structure, routine, and clear boundaries
• Offer mentorship, encouragement, and emotional support throughout each shift
• Help foster a safe, respectful, and stable living environment

Qualifications

• Must be at least 23 years of age
