Brisky Enterprises MN Inc is hiring an experienced Commercial Real Estate Agent to help grow its newly established Charlotte, North Carolina office. About the Role

Operating as Brisky Net Lease, our team specializes in national investment sales real estate. As part of an ambitious expansion strategy that has carried us from our Minneapolis, MN headquarters into both Charlotte and Los Angeles, we are looking for a driven Commercial Real Estate Agent to represent buyers and sellers across the Charlotte market. This is a 100% commission position with a standard Monday through Friday schedule of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, develop, and close commercial investment sales opportunities throughout the Charlotte, North Carolina region.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and prospective clients.
• Conduct market research and property analysis to advise clients on net lease and commercial real estate transactions.
• Negotiate deals and guide clients through the full sales process to a successful close.
• Collaborate with the broader Brisky Net Lease team to support continued growth in the Charlotte office.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working as a Commercial Real Estate Agent, ideally in investment sales or net lease transactions.
• An active, applicable real estate license.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivation and comfort working within a 100% commission structure.
• Availability for full-time work, Monday through Friday, based in Charlotte, Mecklenburg County.
