What You'll Do

- Handle policy applications, renewals, and member inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- For experienced candidates: lead and mentor a team, develop regional strategy, and grow member acquisition
What We're Looking For
- Entry-level candidates: Strong communication skills, reliability, eagerness to learn the insurance industry, and genuine interest in serving your community
- Experienced financial services professionals: Proven track record in insurance or financial services, leadership experience, licensing in relevant areas, and vision for building a successful practice
- Valid driver's license and willingness to meet members in person throughout the Lake Slagle area
