Build the skills for this role

Prioritise BIM coordination (standards, model quality, CDE workflows), education or public-sector real-estate delivery, and consultancy-grade stakeholder management. Empty CERTS data means no specific certification path or costs are listed here.

  • Explain how you set and govern BIM requirements on multi-site estate programmes.
  • Give an example of resolving model clashes or information-exchange failures under tight public-sector timelines.
  • Discuss how you report cost, risk and programme status to non-technical client sponsors.

Strong fit if you already lead BIM or digital-delivery on real-estate or education projects and want UK-wide consulting impact from a Leeds-based global construction consultancy. Thin occupation data means fit hinges mainly on title–sector match, not a formal career ladder.
