As Dental Lab Manager Technician, you'll assume a hybrid technical and leadership position where your expertise directly shapes laboratory performance and team development. This role reports to regional management and serves as the cornerstone of operational success, quality control, and continuous improvement within our lab environment.
What You'll Do
- Deliver hands-on technical training and ongoing professional development for all laboratory technicians
- Evaluate, implement, and oversee new dental laboratory products and technologies to enhance efficiency and results
- Maintain rigorous quality standards and oversee all laboratory processes and output
- Coordinate regularly with the regional manager of laboratory excellence and senior leadership on performance metrics and strategic initiatives
- Supervise daily laboratory operations, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Lead troubleshooting and continuous improvement projects to optimize workflow and reduce errors
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices in dental laboratory management

- Proven experience as a dental laboratory technician with strong technical skills across laboratory processes
- Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and manage teams effectively
