About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers for our dedicated routes in Hartford, Ohio County with U.S. Xpress - Dedicated. As a dedicated driver, you will have consistent home time and earn up to $70,000 or more annually. Bonuses may be available based on performance; call us to learn more about the specific opportunities in your area.
Core Duties
- Pick up and deliver dry van cargo across designated routes
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and other relevant information
- Ensure compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety on the road
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules while maintaining a safe driving record
Skills & Qualifications
- A valid CDL-A license with appropriate endorsements (dry van)
- 1-5 months of experience as a professional driver is required
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Prior experience in the transportation industry is preferred but not mandatory
