Role Overview

This position offers dedicated CDL-A drivers the opportunity to earn up to $70,000 or more annually with potential for bonuses based on performance. U.S. Xpress - Dedicated provides great home time and flexible routes in your area.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive dry van trucks within a dedicated route system
• Maintain safe driving practices and adhere to company policies
• Ensure timely delivery of goods as per the schedule
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on assigned vehicles
• Keep accurate records of deliveries, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance

Skills & Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license with air brake endorsement
• 1-5 months of driving experience preferred but not required for this dedicated role
• Prior truck driving experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
