We are seeking a dedicated CDL-A company driver with 1-5 months of experience to join our team at U.S. Xpress - Dedicated in Goshen, Indiana. This is a full-time position that offers great home time and competitive pay, earning up to $70,000 annually. Bonuses may be available; call for details on routes in your area.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Pick up and deliver freight using dry van equipment
Maintain accurate records of shipments and deliveries
Follow all safety regulations and company policies
Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on vehicles
Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to customers

Requirements

Valid CDL-A license with appropriate endorsements
1-5 months of driving experience
Prior trucking industry experience is preferred but not required
Avoidance of moving violations and a clean driving record
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed
Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
