What This Role Involves

The role of a Class A CDL Company Driver at U.S. Xpress - Dedicated involves operating dry van trucks in a dedicated route to deliver goods across the United States. Drivers are expected to maintain safe driving practices and adhere to all company policies, including hours of service regulations.

Core Duties

• Drive dry van trucks on assigned routes with minimal supervision
• Pick up and deliver freight in a timely manner while ensuring safety and compliance with local traffic laws
• Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and en-route vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation of the truck
• Follow all company policies and procedures related to safety, security, and customer service
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other drivers as needed

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking experienced Class A CDL holders who have at least 1-5 months of driving experience. Applicants must be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and reliability in their work. A valid CDL with a clean driving record is required.
