Focus Financial Partners is hiring a Business Analyst, Digital Desktop in St. Louis, MO to support wealth technology solutions across the organization. This full-time position requires 3 days per week onsite in St. Louis, with a base pay range of $80,000–$110,000, plus annual bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
Position Summary
You'll partner with stakeholders, product teams, and platform engineers to define, document, and execute business processes and technology initiatives that address complex organizational needs. Your focus will center on Salesforce projects serving advisor and operations teams. The role demands a results-driven approach, meticulous attention to detail, and ownership of project outcomes. You'll serve as the bridge between business requirements and technology implementation, ensuring solutions effectively meet end-user needs.
Your Responsibilities
- Master business processes and applications quickly to contribute effectively from day one
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment
- Lead or support discovery and design sessions with cross-functional teams to shape solution direction
- Transform advisor and operations team feedback into detailed requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation
- Produce comprehensive project deliverables including specifications, workflow diagrams, user narratives, product demonstrations, training materials, and launch readiness assessments
- Identify and help eliminate barriers blocking timely project implementation
- Work with advisor, operations, product, and technology teams to uncover inefficiencies, propose improvements, and escalate strategic questions
- Guide projects through all lifecycle phases—from planning and progress monitoring to issue resolution and closeout
- Execute functional testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing, and validation activities to verify process and experience improvements
- Provide tier-2 support for Salesforce operations, questions, and process guidance as needed
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of Information Technology experience, emphasizing business analysis, solution design, Salesforce administration, or CRM project delivery
- Prior experience in financial services, wealth management, advisor operations, or client service workflows (preferred)
- Demonstrated Salesforce expertise including requirements elicitation, test coordination, end-user support, reporting, configuration, or enhancement implementation; Workday or Asana experience is a plus
- Proven ability to translate business constraints and user pain points into clear, actionable requirements that enhance process efficiency and satisfaction
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation capabilities
- Collaborative interpersonal abilities and proven success in team-based settings with colleagues and vendors
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
