The Opportunity
We are seeking a Customer Support & Success Officer to join our team at Master Group. This role is part-time and based in the Perth CBD. As a key member of our support team, you will play a crucial role in assisting Australian farming businesses to maximize their use of Agrimaster, our flagship farm financial management solution.
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat
- Assist with onboarding new customers and provide ongoing support
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Analyze user feedback to improve product features and functionality
Core Duties
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving technical issues and providing troubleshooting advice
- Collecting and documenting user feedback for product development
- Maintaining accurate records of interactions and support activities
- Participating in regular team meetings to discuss customer concerns and solutions
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should:
- Possess a strong understanding of agricultural business operations or related field
- Have excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Be proficient in using various customer support tools and software
- Hold a relevant degree or equivalent experience in agriculture, business management, or a related field
- Be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
